The day begins early as you hop into mokoros so that you can maneuver through the narrow channels of the delta. Set out on a thrilling bush walk on Chief’s Island, part of the Moremi Game Reserve. Explore the wilderness with your guide in search of giraffes, zebras, lions, kudus, elephants, and hippos as well as a variety of birds. Learn how to identify animal tracks, plants, and trees that have medicinal properties, and how to identify the signs of wildlife. Enjoy brunch at camp, followed by free time to relax or observe wildlife from the deck. Take part in another boating activity or wildlife drive after high tea. Enjoy the sounds of the delta after dark as you stargaze and listen to the enchanting sounds of the delta this evening. During their stay at Moremi Crossing, the group will stay in en suite meru tents that are equipped with running hot and cold water, full beds, linens, and towels. There are thirteen tents situated on decks dotted along the fringe of the island, tucked among the pristine riverine ecosystem teeming with wildlife. Animals are frequently sighted from the decking area.
